I am a flute, piano, recorder and music theory tutor with over 25 years of teaching experience. I also offer lessons in aural training and sight reading to aid exam preparation.
I am a qualified classroom teacher with a P.G.C.E. and a music graduate from Sheffield University. I am also Mum to two grown up children, both of whom play different musical instruments.
Based in Fulwood, Sheffield (on the 120 bus route), I teach face to face music lessons from my home. I also teach lessons online. My pupils range from the very young to the not so young, those keen to do exams or those who want to learn for fun. I love my job and the variety of people I get to work with.
I have an up to date enhanced DBS certificate, plus insurance and I’m happy to show you the relevant documentation.

f you wish to play piano on a non-professional basis but you are serious about becoming a decent pianist, then you will greatly enjoy our Adult program. Your age and experience level is irrelevant – all you need is the desire to develop your musical and instrument skills.
Lessons can be tailored to your individual needs and interests. Learn at your own pace. We have years of exam board experience should you wish to attain grades, however these are purely optional.
We have the very best, qualified and friendly piano teachers in Liverpool. Lessons are tailored to the individual, whether you want to take grades or just play for fun. Lessons are for all ages - our youngest pianist is 5 and our oldest is 62!
Piano lessons are available for children and adults from age five and above. Lessons can be 30, 45 or 60 minutes in length and are taught on a one to one basis.
ur piano and music lessons are suitable for anyone from the ages of 4 years old to adult. Each lessons is planned and prepared so that every student reaches their full potential. Children will learn different techniques and methods to learn the piano.
