‘Melodique’ is not a high-pressure environment and you or your child may progress at a pace that suits. Ultimately, if you feel comfortable we can plan a performance – whether simply in the studio to friends and family, or publicly at a competition or venue.
For the more advanced student, the lessons will involve improving technique, developing personal musical style, and information on how to perform on stage, engage an audience, work in an ensemble, and progress in the music industry.
We can also help prepare you for AMEB grade exams or HSC music exams. We cater to all levels — beginners to 8th-grade. ‘Melodique’ tutor
We welcome students of all ages and stages. We are a COVID Safe business and a NSW Registered Creative Kids Provider. Our team of tutors can assist you or your child’s musical journey from any level.
Lessons take place at our studios or online. Private or group lessons are available. Tuition is weekly, Mon-Sat, during each school term.
All Melodique Music School tutors have their Working With Children Check and are trained and professional musicians. We pride ourselves here on making lessons fun, personable, educational, and student orientated. You may be goal-focused or simply want to learn for enjoyment and relaxation.
Depending on current government recommendations, there is also the option to join our adult choir or enroll your child in our weekly or holiday singing group.
You don’t need to bring or prepare anything for your first lesson. Instruments are available to borrow at our studios if you don’t have your own.
Melodique provides music lessons in singing, piano, violin, flute, clarinet, piano accordion, saxophone, and guitar. We also offer performance coaching, music theory tuition, song-writing sessions, and artist development services. We tutor adults, teens, and children from as early as 5 years of age; from any level of experience.
Piano Lessons are offered by Waves Music Co. Fill in teachers are arranged if a teacher is unwell or unavailable. Lessons are conducted online via zoom in the event of a statewide lockdown.
Piano Lessons are offered by ACT Academy of Music. The teachers at ACTAM are all excellent in their own areas of expertise and it would be our pleasure to put our extensive experience to work for you.Â
Encore On Keys is an exciting Australian piano/keyboard learning programme featuring a student book, flash cards and a take home Accompaniment CD (with recorded backings; two speeds for each tune – a slower one for rehearsal and a quicker one for performance).
