This masterclass will start with learning how to make light, fluffy pizza dough. We'll create our sauces for the bases from scratch, fresh ingredients on top and use light, great quality vegan cheeses with our toppings.
And, of course we'll make an incredible Italian dessert to feast on after our class.
Classes are very personal and run by Fiona at our new venue at Woolloongabba. We take things slow, we have an absolute ball and then sit down to a relaxed light lunch (made by Wholesome Bellies). You’ll leave the class with a full tummy and a full heart.
This class isn’t possible for gluten- free. So sorry.
