Hi, I’m Fiona, a passionate plant-based, home cook.
Wholesome Bellies was created from my passion for healthy eating and cooking. A home cook since my teens, I grew up in the hospitality industry, spending most weekends since my early teens at our family restaurant. My mum was the head chef and I was surrounded by incredible cooks.
Wholesome Bellies is a resource to help you create simple, nourishing, plant-based meals in your kitchen. My intention is to inspire you to fall in love with vegetables, and learn how to transform plants into mouth-watering, unbelievable meals your friends and family will keep coming back for.
If you are looking for some inspiration to create healthy, colourful, high vibration foods this class is for you. You'll learn to create healthy, wholefood recipes that are nourishing, full of flavour and can be served to anybody with ultimate success.
This class is incredible! It's a combination of flavours and spices guaranteed to get those taste buds dancing. The Moroccan class is inspired by Fiona's travels overseas and is a blend of her Mediterranean and Indian influences.
Pizza, pizza pizza! Why a class to master this? Well, when you know how to make dough from scratch and create creative, vegan toppings, you'll never want to dine out or order in pizza again.
The art of making home-made pasta truly is an art, and an unbelievably easy one to master. In this class we’ll make home-made vegan pasta dough from scratch (super easy). We'll make magical ravioli pillows filled with vegan ricotta, as well as another two pasta shapes.
Plant-based cooking. We are thrilled to bring this incredible plant-based Sicilian masterclass to you. At this class Fiona shares her mum’s family recipes, handed down several generations.
