Tonight we will go over the maki roll basics. But it wouldn't be a cooking class with Chef Lauren if it wasn't a little bit different. Lauren will show you some new-to-sushi ingredients so instead of the highly processed white rice - think short grain brown rice, quinoa, and cauliflower instead!

We will take our students on a culinary journey in this hands-on cooking class! Students will learn how to make various meals while igniting creativity, strengthening skills, and building confidence in each session. Students will complete this program feeling excited to take on more challenges in.
Tonight, we will start by making a basic sushi and then move on to more complex types of rolls: Philadelphia rolls, Nigiris, Makis, Inside Out Rolls to enhance your meals and impress your guests.
