We will take our students on a culinary journey in this hands-on cooking class! Students will learn how to make various meals while igniting creativity, strengthening skills, and building confidence in each session. Students will complete this program feeling excited to take on more challenges in.
This is a wildly fun, interactive and intimate in-person public class, conducted Live with Tv personality and award-winning author Chef Sang at our beautiful Etobicoke, On facility. Chef Sang teaches you the 4 classic styles of makimono sushi rolls.

Taught by chef Russell Auckbaraullee, co-winner of the “best sushi” title at the 2015 Toronto Sushi Festival, classes cover making sushi with meat, veggies, and fish, as well as knife-sharpening and safe food-handling and storage.
