Target Audience
This course is open for licensed estheticians, cosmetologists, RN, BSN, NP, PA, MD and DO licenses. However, state laws on who can perform aesthetic treatments vary from state to state. ILM recommends checking with state regulatory agencies to determine who legally can perform these services and the level of supervision required.

We will train you on all the essentials: laser hair removal; IPL photofacials; fractional skin resurfacing; and skin tightening. For nurses and physicians, we provide incredible hands-on training in injectables, including: neuromodulators that work to relax wrinkles, and fillers to smooth lines and restore volume.
The objective of the Skin Care Therapy program is to prepare students with all of the fundamentals of skin care, facials, facial massage, hair removal, spa body basics, business aspects, product knowledge, and effective retailing.
The course is designed to further educate the esthetics student about how to be a Healthy Professional, Chemistry & Chemical Safety, and Electricity & Safety pertaining to using machines commonly used in the Aesthetics practice.Â
