Course Details

The PLC Specialist Diploma program is designed to provide our students with the knowledge and tools required to work in the field of industrial automation and control.

Supported by computers to interface with the systems and equipment, students are introduced to the Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) of OMRON, Allen Bradley and SIEMENS programming systems, and Robotics hardware.

Upon graduation, the student will be able to read blueprints and circuit diagrams, design, install, program and maintain electronic equipment used in modern industrial processes, and work on every type of programming system, from the simplest fuses and motors to sophisticated electronic computer interface boards, motor drives, programmable logic controllers, solid-state devices and robotics.
