The Plumbing Techniques one-year certificate program covers residential, commercial, and industrial applications in the plumbing industry, with a focus on residential plumbing.
In 25 weeks, the UFV’s Plumbing and Piping program help you develop the intermediate and specialized skills required to enter the industry and prepare you to become an apprentice in plumbing, gasfitting, sprinkler fitting or steam/pipefitting.
You’ll learn about hot water facilities and sewage systems, as well as how to assemble, install and repair pipes, fixtures and fittings.
Skills for Change is committed to supporting skills-building learning and employment opportunities for more people in skilled trades. This program prepares participants for employment in the Plumbing sector.
