This course is designed to give you the skills to gain employment and then progress to the Level 3 Apprenticeship course. The course consists of theory and practical lessons. Once you have completed the practical training you will undertake a range of 60 practical assessments and 13 online examinations. The theory lessons cover a range on knowledge units.
Learners will undertake a qualification which includes hot and cold water systems, copper pipe work, central heating installation, practical plumbing and installing/decommissioning/maintenance of plumbing systems. A series of written, online and practical test will be taken by the participants.

The Level 1 Award is a City & Guilds qualification which focuses on the basic practical principles for the absolute novice to build confidence and underpinning knowledge.
This is our 10-day plumbing course and consists of the first week being the 5-day level 1 intensive plumbing course and the 5-day advanced plumbing course both rolled together over a 10-day period.
This is an introduction course for plumbing which you are able to progress onto the Level 2 Diploma in Plumbing studies. You will learn all of the different types of jointing processes used in the plumbing industry.
This course will provide you with an introduction to the practical and theoretical skills of plumbing for those new to the plumbing and construction industry.
Our part time Level 1 Diploma in Plumbing is designed to kick start your learning in this sector using practical and theoretical lessons. Our Plumbing students have access to an exciting range of specialist resources at the College.
