Street Dance (Hip Hop) for Adults is a great way to work out the body while having lots of fun dancing to the rhythm of today’s popular hip hop music. The students will learn about musicality and full body control.
This is a progressive course with a thematic approach towards the learning of Hip Hop. No dance routines will be taught for introductory classes in order to focus on the foundations. Students will master the technical skills of Hip Hop and learn to build strength, stamina and flexibility.
