We are a British Gymnastics registered and insured facility. All our staff are DBS checked and fully insured with British Gymnastics. All our coaches are also qualified to British Gymnastics standards or are working towards their qualification. All our staff attend CPD courses annually.
Recreational Gymnastics course is offered by Sparta Trampoline Club. Our mission is to enrich our community’s physical and mental health by providing a world leading trampolining experience.
Our evening recreational classes cater for all abilities of school aged children. During these sessions your child will get the opportunity to explore the FUNdamentals of movement in a safe and fun environment.
Our Taught Adults Gymnastics sessions are suitable for absolute beginners all the way up to the experienced! With the beginners classes you will get a great understanding on how fundamental good basics are in starting gymnastics.
Learn gymnastic, acrobatic and tumbling skills whilst developing technique, flexibility and core strength through stretching and conditioning.
In each session, participants begin with a fun weekly warm up before following a circuit of activities to develop skills from our Little Springers Award Scheme, with lots of games and challenges along the way!
