Elev8dance is a vibrant and exciting company offering excellence in dance and performing arts training. Formed in 2003 by Helen Holmes, the school has grown into an award winning company with a legacy of success.
It's an expressive dance style which includes elements from modern jazz, lyrical and classical genres.
Modern/Contemporary is combined as a subject with the IDTA. It is a stylish form of dance that incorporates energetic, dynamic and intricate movements, it often uses bold, dramatic body movements, including body isolations and contractions.
Contemporary Dance is all about expressing emotion through organic movements and unrestricted lines.
Junior Contemporary classes are offered by Grange School of Ballet Edinburgh. We are dedicated to ensuring each and every one of our pupils has the best possible dance training, whether they wish to take the path of exams or not.
