You will learn about the different types of flour, the types of yeast, baking, kneading, storing and growing. You will make white bread, country bread and ciabatta bread
Learn how to mix, shape and bake sourdough bread by hand. In depth info on how to take care of a sourdough culture and of course the ten stages of bread making to keep your loaves consistent going forward.
