The Project Management Professional (PMP®) certification is the project management credential of choice world-wide. The purpose and goal of this program is to develop, maintain, evaluate, promote and administer a rigorous, examination-based, professional certification program of the highest calibre.

The PMP can also provide a significant advantage when it comes to salary and earning potential. Among survey respondents to PMI’s Earning Power Salary Survey, those with a PMP certification garner a higher salary (20% higher on average) than those without a PMP certification.*

Employers benefit as well. When more than one-third of their project managers are PMP-certified, organisations complete more of their projects on time, on budget while also meeting the original project goals.

 

What you will learn:

This course allow you to use critical thinking skills and communication skills, and for practising documenting data and coding project deliverables. The feedback received afterwards allows you to make further modifications and improve the project proposal on what you have learnt, with the goal of understanding the processes of PMBOK that is the theme of the final exam.

The real-life project area within the assessment, involves a series of complex and interdependent steps - from project initiation, design, construction and delivery. Within these many steps, each works on a team of experts from different disciplines — from project management, finance, IT, marketing, project management techniques, project management documentation, human resource, etc.

This unit of the PMP program aims to enable all participants to acquire the crucial competencies needed to co-ordinate project dynamics, due to changing roles within the job role. The skills gained will allow you to transfer the skills you learn into any role you currently work in or any role in the future.

 

How does the study work:

The Learning will be quite interactive and require you to participate.  It's designed to give you the tools and knowledge that will be required in order for you to ace your Official PMI® PMP® Certification exam first time.

Once you've completed the E-Learning study, we would highly recommend the Practice exam with mock exam questions. You will go through exercises for the Certification exam but also what a typical questions might appear in the actual exam.

You'll then want to hone in on what they'll be asking of you when sitting for the official PMI PMP Certification Exam. How to start learning:

The Course is Self paced Online and you receive access to various resources to help you pass the Official ITIL®4 Foundation Exam first time.

Once you have completed the course Enrolment process, Our Learning Consultants will be in touch , you will receive your login details via the email address you provided or you can also pick your own course start date. To pick you own start date, after you make the payment for your course, state your preferred start date on the Enrolment Form
