Propane Heat Rot (TSSA Accredited)

Construction workplace safety training’s program will deliver training to you and your team that will promote safe storage, handling, and use of propane heat. You’re going to be educated on the dangers of propane, and learn the procedures necessary to minimize hazards when working with propane and propane equipment.

Certificates will be registered with the TSSA and are valid for 3 years from date of issue.?

Upon successful completion of Propane Heat, the learner will:

• Understand where to find legislation used where propane use is required

• Be familiar with the hazards of handling propane and the risks associated with Carbon Monoxide exposure

• Establish and demonstrate a safe connection to Propane sources on construction sites 

• Demonstrate how to Activate/ Deactivate heaters

• Demonstrate how to use tiger torches and propane-powered equipment <400,000 Btu/h

• Understand TSSA Technical Standards and Safety Authority CH-02 requirements
