This regulated and nationally recognised qualification has been specifically designed to develop a learner’s knowledge and skills in Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP) based food safety management procedures within a manufacturing environment.

The Qualsafe Level 3 Award in HACCP for Food Manufacturing (RQF) is ideal for managers and supervisors that are responsible for assisting in the development and maintenance of HACCP based food safety management procedures in a food manufacturing environment.
This qualification may also be suitable for owners and managers of small food businesses to help develop their knowledge of HACCP based food safety management procedures.
Overview
During this 3 day course, learners will cover a variety of topics including: understanding the importance of HACCP based food safety management procedures, preliminary processes for HACCP based procedures, as well as developing, implementing and evaluating HACCP based food safety management procedures.

Successful learners will receive a personalised Qualsafe Level 3 Award in HACCP for Food Manufacturing (RQF) e-Certificate immediately after their results have been submitted, subject to a Centre’s Direct Claims Status and any required actions.
