Recruitment and Selection Skills Training Course

The Equality and Diversity course gives learners an understanding of the importance of equality and inclusion and the responsibility that everyone has in its promotion. The course also makes learners aware of how they can challenge prejudice and discrimination at work.

This Interviewing Skills course has been designed to cover the practical skills needed to make recruitment interviews productive, focused and a success. It will allow delegates to understand the stages of the recruitment process and how to conduct an effective interview.

This Interview Skills Training course in Belfast, Northern Ireland allows delegates an opportunity to apply practical interview skills & techniques, and if required, receive video assessment during mock interviews.
