Description
The Reflexology for beginners workshop is a fun and educational session, with a good balance of the theory and practice of Reflexology. This workshop in Cheltenham, Gloucestershire lasts 3.5-hours and provides a fantastic opportunity to become familiar with the fundamentals of Reflexology.
Discover how the foot map relates to the feet and how Reflexology can help our bodies to function better. We will be using the foot chart to map points of reflexes on the feet and you will leave us with a good level of understanding of how to locate reflex areas.
You will be introduced to working with your hands and walking over the feet with your thumbs in order to work reflex areas. You will also be taught how to massage the feet.
Come prepared to give & receive reflexology.
Refreshments will be provided.

Kerry is passionate about providing high quality treatments & helping people feel better through Complementary Therapies.
Kerry is qualified in Reflexology, Massage, Aromatherapy, Scarwork, Pregnancy treatments, Lymphatic drainage, Oncology massage, Facials, Facial Electrotherapy, Hot stone massage and more.
Kate has worked at the our centre for 2 years. She is qualified in Reflexology, Massage, Facials, Indian Head Massage, Hot stone massage, Pregnancy treatments and more.
Lucy joined Cheltenham Reflexology and Massage in 2023. She is qualified in Massage, Indian head massage and Hot stone massage. She is training in Reflexology.

We now have 5 treatment rooms as well as a training facility at St. Margaret’s Terrace. Our Sandalwood room is a large treatment space with two couches, ideal for couples or friends who would like to share a treatment space together.
