Everyone will have separate station with board, rolling pin, ingredients for pasta and glass of wine:)
Making pasta is soothing and satisfying experience…it’s really therapeutic
We’ll make:
• RAVIOLI stuffed with bursting of flavour spinach and ricotta filling, sautéed in butter, garlic and sage sauce.
• Tagliatelle
• Pappardelle
• Farfalle and Orecchiette
Tossed in scrumptious Italian Tomato & Basil sauce.
Bring your own bottle if you wish, unwind and enjoy time with your family or friends, without worry about the quality of food or hygiene.

Nothing beats the taste of freshly made pasta. You will learn how to make fresh pasta dough then use a pasta machine to create ribbon pasta. Moving onto filled pasta & cooking. Finally production pasta sauces which you then can adapt at home in the future.
Make fresh pasta dough from scratch and make two fresh pasta fillings. We will then roll, fill and shape our pasta. Cook and eat your pasta at the shop, or take it away to cook and serve at home. This is a 100% vegetarian class. Not suitable for those with intollerance to wheat / gluten.
