Foxtrot (Rhythm Dancing) classes are offered by Supreme Dance Centre. It is an extremely versatile dance and can be performed to such music as fast country-western as well as slow tangos.
Rumba dance classes are offered by InStep Dance Studio. The Cuban Rumba, originally an erotic courting dance, is of all the Latin American dances the one most deeply rooted in its African origin. It's danced rhythm in its purest sense.
