London Training Centre is pleased to provide Safe Food Handler training and certification in partnership with Middlesex/London Health Unit and County of Lambton Community Health Services Department.

HACCP, the oldest food safety management model initially applied by NASA in the 1960s and later supported by FAO-WHO in the 70s, has become a cornerstone of ensuring food safety.
FoodSafe Level 2 is for foodservice owners, managers, kitchen managers, and executive chefs who have taken Level 1.
You need to do your part. Learn the safe practices and educate your staff on how to handle, prepare, cook and serve food safely. This course designed by BC center for disease control educates and certifies you and your staff to handle food safely in a commercial setting.
Course certifies trainees with a Basic Food Safety Certificate which permits them to handle food in a service environment.
Winnipeg First Aid offers food handling certification courses to individuals that work with manufacturing, preparing, storing, and shipping foods. This online course meets section 5 of the foodservice establishment by-law of the City of Winnipeg.
