This certificate meets mandatory provincial food safety training requirements and is recognized by all health units in Ontario.
London Training Centre continues to serve our clients and the community through the pandemic. In-person and virtual appointments are available for employment services. We continue to provide training courses and programs in-person with limited class size.
You need to do your part. Learn the safe practices and educate your staff on how to handle, prepare, cook and serve food safely. This course designed by BC center for disease control educates and certifies you and your staff to handle food safely in a commercial setting.
This five-day intensive course enables participants to develop the necessary expertise to audit a Food Safety Management System (FSMS) and to manage a team of auditors by applying widely recognized audit principles, procedures and techniques.
Intended for managers, head chefs, menu planners, or individuals responsible for food orders, this TrainCan accredited program builds on the Basic Food Safety Training program
