Safe Food Handling is everyone’s responsibility. London Training Centre is pleased to provide Safe Food Handler training and certification in partnership with Middlesex/London Health Unit and County of Lambton Community Health Services Department.
This certificate meets mandatory provincial food safety training requirements and is recognized by all health units in Ontario.
London Training Centre continues to serve our clients and the community through the pandemic. In-person and virtual appointments are available for employment services. We continue to provide training courses and programs in-person with limited class size.
All food handling establishments with five or fewer employees are required to have at least one staff person who has successfully completed the Certified Food Handler Training course.
SafeCheckâ„¢ Advanced Alberta Food Safety Certification is a recognized training course in Food Sanitation and Hygiene by the Minster of Health under Section 31 of the Alberta Public Health Act Food Regulation.
HACCP Training for Processors course is offered by Dicentra.
FoodSafe Level 1 is a specialized training program tailored for frontline food service workers, including cooks, servers, bus-persons, dishwashers, and deli workers. This comprehensive course provides vital knowledge on food safety practices and worker safety protocols.
