Saskatchewan Association for Safe Workplaces in Health (SASWH) is a non-profit association, established March 12, 2010, which is funded by healthcare employers through a portion of their Saskatchewan Workers' Compensation Board (WCB) premiums.
SASWH is governed by a Board of Directors representing health services workers, employers and unions with a vision to make workplace health and safety.

The JHSC course will provide students with the fundamentals and tools to carry out their duties effectively. In an 8-hour format (on its own or in combination with other safety training courses or conference sessions), it meets the regulatory requirements for annual training.
The intent of this course is to provide the learner with information about hazards and hazard control measures and procedures that will permit safe work inside confined spaces.
This course has been designed to offer a comprehensive review of uses, hazard recognition, safe operating practices, how to understand load charts that affect the stability of the equipment at height.
The objectives of the Plant Manager/Incident Commander Training are that delegates will be able to: Understand the key factors of preparing for, responding to, and maintaining control throughout the development or escalation of an emergency situation.
