Salon Management Course

The journey began on 17th February 2010 when we launched our ambitious project  ‘Ideal-care for hair and Spa Saloon’. During the early days the work wasn’t as booming as today and I was my own boss and employee juggling the work and management.

With time the business took off and I was getting more work than I could handle and hence I took on few more employees to help me with the work. After experiencing such amazing response I realised the business needed an upgrade and reached out to Javeed Habib, Lakme Salon, Loreal Paris, Sachin Takle and Sam & Jazz to learn more about this art and profession.

I was successfully handling the training as well as my business simultaneously for three years. After completing my training I realised that I should put my knowledge to work for my clients so we established ‘Team Ideal Academy ’  and started conducting workshop.

In 2016, we trained many people in the following profession helping them in their career. We were showered with many praises and good wishes. Taking this project to next level we started Maharashtra Government authorised ‘Ideal Foundation’ and began providing authorised certificates to the students. After achieving success for the previous 8 years we expanded our business and founded another 3 branches
