Students qualified at Level 3 Beauty Therapy can take optional units which include:
Laser and light treatments for hair removal
Laser and light treatments for skin rejuvenation
Entry Requirements
Applicants must have a Level 3 qualification in either Hairdressing, Barbering, Nails or Beauty Therapy or significant industry experience.
Plus:
GCSE English grade 4 or above or Level 2 English
GCSE Math grade 4 or above is desirable.
You are expected to be working within a relevant industry or actively seeking employment in a relevant industry. This can include self-employed, mobile or freelance work.
How will I be assessed
As part of this qualification, you are required to produce a portfolio of evidence, which confirms the knowledge, understanding and skills that you have learnt. It may be in electronic or paper format.
