The STC Group is a multi-award winning training and employment provider based in Essex, Graded GOOD as a provider by Ofsted in November 2018 and registered on the Government approved providers list ROATP.

The STC Group offer a fantastic training and learning experience in a variety of sectors to 16-18 year olds and adults throughout England. Our knowledge, integrity and expertise is unrivalled as we develop people's careers to provide employers with future skilled workforces.

The STC Group have successfully been providing training and employment services since 2004. Originally founded as a trade training and recruitment organisation, The STC Group has successfully built upon its varied and long-standing established links with local authorities, DWP, referral and delivery partners and over 1,000 employers to offer a variety of funded and commercial provision.

This affords us with a unique training and employability service offer, which places local & national employer’s needs at its core, whilst also providing a fully engaging and supportive environment for our varied learners.

Our fantastic training provision can be accessed through funded and commercial pathways and enrolments can take place throughout the year. The STC Group trade centre in Harold Wood is also an accredited CITB testing centre.

In further recognition of our work supporting learners and employers training and employment needs we have also received the accolade of achieving The Matrix standard, The Havering Business of the Year & Growing Business of the Year 2017/2018 and in recognition of the quality of our construction training The STC Group have also been awarded The Mayors Construction Academy Kite Mark.
