This class is ideal for those who have taken Beginners Salsa/Mambo, as well as more experienced dancers looking to strengthen and refine their foundation.
All attendees must be fully vaccinated in order to participate in any class, lesson or event.
Masks & boosters are fully encouraged. Additional constraints can be added depending on the instructor’s preference.

Salsa Dance Classes are offered by City Dance Studios for beginners of all ages. Our instructors are highly accomplished dancers and excellent/caring teachers. It's very important to us that City Dance feels like a welcoming community to everyone who comes through our doors.
Al ‘Liquid Silver’ was born in Sacramento, California and raised in Los Angeles. Being from Puerto Rican and Mexican decent, he grew up listening to salsa. Before he started salsa, Al was a pop locker and has won popping competitions in Northern and Southern California.
It is not easy to define Salsa. To some, Salsa can include a variety of Latin Dances from Bachata to Merengue to Mambo. In ballroom dance, however, Salsa is generally taught as a dance separate from the others, but very similar to Mambo.
