Each class includes a warm-up and the following techniques:
Brazilian dance techniques: body isolations, Bodywaves, rhythmic Afro-Brazilian dances, technique and sequence.
Samba technique: Basic Rio and Bahia style steps, turns and jumps, no shifts and diagonals, footwork. Choreographic sequence (inter / advanced).
