At Willan Academy of Music, we provide free consultation to identify and tailor to your specific needs. Private lesson students can participate in a variety of performance opportunities including recitals. We offer lessons for children (ages 4+) and adults. Saxophone lessons for kids are 30, 45 or 60 minutes.
We understand the difficulties involved in mastering a musical instrument; therefore, we ensure that kids are taught age appropriately and given enough time to learn and grasp each skill. This is a place for students to progressively develop their musical skills over a course of time. Talent over time we like to call it!
Willan Academy of Music was founded in 2015 by Kenji Haba, classical guitarist. Willan is derived from “will”. The curriculum is so much necessary raw material, but at Willan we believe in guiding the students’ will to transform their musical gifts to the highest degree of excellence possible.

Generally the child needs to be able to support the weight of the instrument with a neck strap, and be able to reach all the keys comfortably. Most children can do this by around 5th grade. If the child is ready before this age, great
Music Authority Woodwinds instrument programs are built on the same principals local middle and high schools are built on. Students study from books designed to help them excel in school band and prepare for college auditions and music.
