The Barista Skills Intermediate course builds on the concepts and skills introduced in the Barista Foundation course.
What you will Learn:
The interactive course will enable learners to gain a deeper understanding of the coffee itself - specifically the impact of a coffee’s variety, origins, and processing methods on flavour
The course explores parameters of coffee quantity, grind texture, water quality, shot time, and their interaction when dialing in a brew recipe, drink construction, and taste differences.
The course will dive into workflow management and efficiency, sensory aspects of espresso extraction, milk handling, and techniques as well as latte art.
In addition to coffee preparation, this course also covers key concepts regarding health and safety, customer service, and basic business practices
Gain insight into the education system fashioned at “Specialty Coffee of India (SCAI)”

Juice Making classes are offered by Sam's Culinary Art Class for all skill level. Sam’s Culinary Art Class is entering into its Seventh successful year with satisfied students and clients. The growth of Sam’s fills me with awe and wonder.
The basic course is aimed at all beginner level Barista’s which provides a general view of the coffee world following the journey of coffee from beans to the cup.
