The bundle is meant for learners to go through brewing and barista skills in an organic flow of learning and applying the skills gained.
The bundle enables learners to learn about coffee brewing (manual brews) and the science behind extraction along with learning barista skills to brew balanced espresso shots and build on to make espresso-based milk beverages.
The foundation course allows learners, with no previous barista experience, to gain an introductory understanding of the coffee itself, as well as the foundational skills required to operate an espresso bar/ brew bar.

What is specialty coffee?
The course enables learners to set a coffee grinder, make espressos, foam, and texture milk for milk-based espresso drinks (latte, cappuccino, etc.) with latte art. It will also help learners understand the science of manual brews and enable them to brew coffee through various techniques (cold brew, pour-overs, etc.)
The course also explores the implementation of health and safety practices and customer service protocols.

SCAI Roasting Workshop allows learners to grasp the science behind enhancing the flavour of specialty coffee through various roasting profiles.
The basic course is aimed at all beginner level Barista’s which provides a general view of the coffee world following the journey of coffee from beans to the cup.
Anyone can gain a high level of skill in making espresso shots and espresso drinks, such as lattes and cappuccinos among other drinks used in the Cafe bar. 100% Placement at National & International levels. Only Institute which has its own International Placement Portal.
