Our founder had a friend in Guatemala that had been farming for five generations and was famous for making some of the best coffee in the country. And yet, lost the family farm because of a lack of business acumen.
She also knew many people who owned coffee shops and had some of the best coffee but were failing because they lacked business and marketing skills.
She was motivated to make the coffee market more sustainable by founding an institute focused on teaching business applications as well as coffee skills.
Our classes can be geared to all knowledge levels, from beginners to advanced classes for industry professionals.
