Cooking the Details originated from the simple idea that no matter where you live and who you are everyone deserves food that’s soo good it makes you do a little happy dance. 

As a Chef and a NASM Certified Nutrition Coach, I am passionate about creating delicious moments that feel easy and are healthy. I’ve always believed cooking is one of the highest acts of love. and self-care.
