American Sign Language course is offered by Greater Essex County District School Board. Our courses are taught by highly qualified and experienced teacher who are extremely dedicated to ensuring you leave with all the necessary skills to broaden your horizons and never be lost for words again.
Our FOUNDATIONS Workshop is designed to strengthen families’ knowledge of their child’s hearing/deafness and how it relates to their language development.
This professional elective course is designed for hearing students wishing to acquire some of the basic vocabulary and grammatical structures of American Sign Language (ASL)
This course is an introduction of grammatical structures with emphasis on vocabulary and comprehension skills.
By teaching you the intricacies of ASL, our Centre will also expose you to the Deaf culture and history
