Learn how to mix, shape and proof your own sourdough bread from scratch and all the tools for successful baking.

Each step will be explained, and you will experience the entire process from start to finish! Since our breads require fermentation, we will work on dough that has been prepared. Nonetheless, you will follow the bread making process hands-on from start to finish!

Each participant will get to shape and proof their own baguette of sourdough bread during the class. You’ll also learn all about sourdough on top of it! Enjoy your baked items at home!

Leave the class feeling confident and ready to make your own sourdough bread at home using a dutch oven and proofing baskets.
