In this 2.5 hour workshop you will:

  • Learn tips and tricks from Julie Filain, Squash’s resident baker
  • Make your very own sourdough focaccia
  • Meet other people with a shared interest of bread-making
  • Develop your own starter and take it home to continue your own bread-making journey
