Taking a seasonal approach, we explore new ways for our neighbourhood to flourish through; participatory arts and community design practice, creating special, seasonal events, land-based rituals & festivals, promoting food growing, cooking, craft skills and enterprise and through providing meaningful training, volunteering, work & consultation.

This course will conclude in the dining room, accompanied by a plentiful lunch and a glass of wine. Participants will be able to take their delicious baked goods home to share, or enjoy solo!
You’ll be introduced to the basics of sourdough baking and learn how to make a sourdough starter – and keep it alive. We’ll teach you the techniques we use in the bakery to knead and shape our loaves, and you will then make four different types of bread over the course of the day
