In this follow up to our Middle Eastern Flatbread Workshop we’re taking a look at these yummy breads from all over the world. Try your hand at soft flour tortillas, thin and airy chapattis and hardy roasted rye flatbreads that will elevate your dinners to the next level.
This programme focuses on artisanal bread and craft baking to develop future bakers and people with artisan excellence. The skills are applicable to all sectors, from small to large-scale retail bakeries, restaurants and big hotels.
Bread making class is offered by Faeeza's Home Kitchen. Aside from the tried-and-tested tricks and techniques to Malay cooking that I will share with you, I strive to convey the passion for my culture and make it accessible to all. Classes only have a maximum of 8 participants.
Advance Baking Courses students may join in at any one time and complete all 8 lessons at a discounted rate of R4500.00 for all 8 lessons or do one or more lessons at R600.00 per individual lesson.
