She has a very practical approach to create healthy and delicious meals and help people from all ages to gain confidence to hold there own in the kitchen.
This 6 hour workshop provides the rare opportunity to learn the art of making specialty breads with a Le Cordon Bleu Master Chef.
Work with Chef Tim Tracey to learn how to make your own sourdough and brioche in Dough Bakery’s HQ Kitchen. You’ll learn how to make your own sourdough starter, a loaf of seeded sourdough and an apple crumble brioche, all for you to take home afterwards.
When it comes to making bread, there’s only four simple ingredients! Flour, water, salt and yeast. That’s right - it’s that simple!
Master the art of the perfect sourdough bread and learn how to make the very versatile easy cheese.
Taking bread to the next level, we’ll look at more elaborate or subtle recipes, like combining yeast dough with layers of butter to make stunning pastries, and different sorts of yeast starters.  Nothing we can’t handle, of course.
