A family-owned business opened in May 2009, Tierra has evolved into a thriving educational and cultural center, uniting people from all walks of life through the joy of learning together. The name of our center reflects our philosophy as Tierra is the Spanish word for “Earth”. It summons a sense of oneness and evokes the values we hold dear, such as diversity, respect, multiculturalism, peace, and conservation. Calling our center Tierra highlights our main objective of helping people to build bridges across cultural and linguistic barriers, at home and abroad.
