Safety Is In Our DNA
The US RelyOn Nutec operates within the major oil, gas, maritime and industrial markets across the nation. Our comprehensive product portfolio covers the needs of most of the training services and related products required in these sectors.
The dry safety centres provide hands-on classroom training or onsite programs, allowing for customised safety and maritime training programs and curriculum that meet the stringent compliance and regulations of the industry nationwide. As an added benefit, our wet locations include OPITO approved sea survival courses.
This course will also be of value to others operating vessels on the water who may not be seeking U.S. Coast Guard documents, licenses or endorsements, or whose experience is not up to the minimum requirements established under ideal conditions.
Personal Safety and Social Responsibilities Course is Offered by Bluewater Maritime School.
This 3-day course is required for the individual that will be operating Fast Rescue Boats. This class covers all required theory and practical training. The assessments and practical training will be done on our RIB FRC as well as other QMT boats.
This course is taught as part of Basic Training, and individually for those mariners who only need the Basic Firefighting portion of STCW Basic Training. This course satisfies the training requirements of mariners seeking their National Endorsement as Tankerman.
This training satisfies the competency requirements of Table A-VI/2-1 of the STCW Code, As Amended, for Proficiency in Survival Craft and Rescue Boats other than Fast Rescue Boats (PSC) for those seafarers not having evidence of 1 year of sea service within the past 5 years.
