Overview

The role of an HR Business Partner (HRBP) has evolved from traditional HR functions to becoming a strategic driver of organizational success. This training equips HR professionals with the knowledge, skills, and frameworks to align HR strategies with business objectives, influence key stakeholders, and contribute to organizational growth.
