HR Metrics and Analytics contributes to the establishment of Strategic HRM. The Interpretation of HR analytics e.g. metrics, ‘big data’ and human capital reporting , can be daunting to even the most senior, experienced HR professionals and they can be left wondering which data to use to contribute to the formation of organisational goals.
This interactive workshop will focus on the function of strategic HRM, focussing on how to interrelate with other departments within an organisation in order to understand their goals.
From there tools will be discussed to align HR strategies with the identified goals. The course effectively blends the theory and practice of Strategic HRM with HRM/D metrics using practical applications through techniques, process models and frameworks and other ROI performance metrics.
