Stress is a fact of life. You cannot avoid stress but when you cannot manage stress, it manages you. The fast pace of the modern corporate world has posed a very high work pressure on its employees which has inevitably caused stress.
In such situations, professionals who are able to manage stress effectively and show the ability to cope with the pressures are able to climb the corporate ladder with ease.
However, if unmanaged, stress and its symptoms affect the quality of life which in turn leads to demotivation and low performance levels of an individual. It therefore becomes imperative to take proactive measures to combat stressful situations before these have detrimental impact on overall organisation’s productivity.
Faculty of Corporate Training and Development (FCTD) was founded on January 1, 2020 by us after gaining 25 years of academic experience in the field of management, training many executives at all levels of an organisation.
We are astute believers of the fact that in this wired world, the ‘Human Connection’ is still the STRONGEST. Working closely with many reputed organisations, namely, NTPC, NHPC, IOCL, ONGC, FCI, MMTC and many others, we have perfected the art of developing people on achieving results with relationships.
We have successfully strived to bring in behavioural transformation amongst individuals through a process of Self Development, Effective Team Building and Value Actualisation.
For many years, we have been helping professionals to fine-tune their soft skills and enhance their 360-Degree Relationships • Emotional Intelligence • Leadership Skills • Positive Attitude • Work-Life Integration •Understanding Self & Others • Conflict Management and Negotiation Skills because it an accepted fact that success is not solely dependent on ‘technical’ skills but increasingly on soft skills.
