Pear Bourdaloue
A classic sweet French pastry tart, filled with almond cream and vanilla poached pears.
This pastry was invented by a pastry chef in france who’s bakery happened to be on a Parisian street called Rue Bourdeloue
Strawberry/Raspberry Sablé BretonTart
Sablé Breton is a delicious French Pâtisserie-style buttery pastry. This Sablé Breton tart will be filled with crème patisserie and topped with Strawberry’s or Raspberries to make a super decorative dessert.
Mini Mango & White Chocolate Bavarois
A buttery biscuit base topped with a mango bavarois and white chocolate ganache, finished off with a honey tuile. A delicious and impressive dessert.
