Join seasoned cook and home economist Steph Clubb on her full-day classic French Pâtisserie experience.

Embark on a culinary journey and gain the skills to create eye-catching bakery classics. During this full day course, you will get to grips with traditional techniques and methods of creating striking bakes.

Stephs’ passion and enthusiasm will ensure you master all the skills you need and help increase baking confidence, regardless of your prior experience. The menu is filled with delicious goodies including a show-stopping  Pear Bourdaloue, Strawberry/Raspberry Sablé Breton Tart and Mini Mango & White chocolate Bavarois

 

Pear Bourdaloue 

A classic sweet French pastry tart, filled with almond cream and vanilla poached pears.

This pastry was invented by a pastry chef in france who’s bakery happened to be on a Parisian street called Rue Bourdeloue

 

Strawberry/Raspberry Sablé BretonTart 

Sablé Breton is a delicious French Pâtisserie-style buttery pastry. This Sablé Breton tart will be filled with crème patisserie and topped with Strawberry’s or Raspberries to make a super decorative dessert.

 

Mini Mango & White Chocolate Bavarois

A buttery biscuit base topped with a mango bavarois and white chocolate ganache, finished off with a honey tuile. A delicious and impressive dessert.
