In 2010 I put my 20 years of corporate experience to use, along with my Masters in Counseling Psychology and HR, to form Claim Leadership.Since then I've been able to help hundreds of teams transform unhealthy (and sometimes toxic) cultures into places people love to work.

Over and over again, managers are promoted to a leadership role and are let loose to "go manage." The problem is, they lack the foundational skills necessary to effectively get results through others. At some point they were great individual performers, but that doesn't mean they can lead a team.

This Leadership Development course, along with classroom discussions and workshops will help your leaders at all levels of the organization learn how to influence, motivate, and inspire people to join with them in developing and transforming the organization.

This problem solving training introduces unique, effective approaches to problem solving and decision making. These approaches have been employed successfully in establishing improvements in processes, performance, and productivity.
