Thus the participating parent will learn how to play the violin/cello as well. This will enable him/her to become a good mentor to their children while practicing.
Through the standard Suzuki repertoire, the children will learn:
The correct posture of holding violin and the bow
Rhythm duration syllabus
Development of good tone and good intonation
Musical Expression
Note reading (supplementary material)
Ensemble playing

Learning the violin can help train your child's mental coordination and give him or her a better appreciation in music.
As you progress through the different grades of the course, you will master control of your finger techniques and lead you towards a professional career in the classical violin industry enabling you to teach or perform at your own choice!
You will learn music fundamentals like rhythmic awareness, note-reading, aural training and accurate bowing/playing postures during your violin lessons.
As a new student or continuation of group classes, the child receives individual attention from our teachers. Teachers will work closely with the parents, sharing with them their experiences on how to help the child on their practices at home.
