Tap Dancing is a percussive art form in which dancers wear special shoes with metal taps on the bottom to create rhythms and music with their feet.
Intro to basic steps: toe heel, slap, shuffle, cramp rolls; combinations & timing.
Classes are fun and fast-paced and are offered to students ages 5+ in tap. Tap is an excellent way to develop rhythm, coordination, dexterity, and agility that carries over to other dance disciplines, academics, and athletics.
