Dancing to a variety of song styles, we will not only dance TO the music, but WITH the music!

Adult Intermediate Tap with Terry Wolter. This class works on improving articulation of steps at a faster pace, moving up from the beginner/ Intermediate level tap class.
This class has a standard warm-up, focuses on across the floor technique and ends with a combo.
Tap classes are offered for students age 5 and older. Several parents tap alongside their children, too! Our classes emphasize rhythmic shading, dynamic shading, musicality, tonality and style.
Tap dancers use the metal taps on the toes and heels of their shoes to produce an endless variety of sounds and rhythms that differ in dynamics and even pitch. In tap dance class, you’ll be training your musical ear as well as your body.
This class is for students who are brand new to tap. If you have never had a tap class before this class is for you! If you don’t have tap shoes we have a limited selection of loaner shoes; you can also wear any hard-soled shoe for your first class
