Hip Hop Dance Calsses are offered by Los Angeles Music and Art School
Hip-Hop dance is a hard-hitting style of dance with intricate isolations. The swag and style produced is as important as the movements themselves.
In this course Students learn and build on choreography and class culminates in a cypher style improvisation. In all levels, students explore their personal voice through freestyle (improvisation) and a wide range of codified styles, including breaking, popping, and locking.
Our adult beginner hip-hop, will be a starting class for those who want to try hip-hop but may not have as much as experience. Students will learn basic technique and choreography, and it is a great way to move your way towards confidence in your dance floor moves.
Hip hop dancing adds its own unique flavor to dance as an art form and allows students to showcase their skills and tell stories using movement and athletic talent
